It’s world egg day!
At Cooks HQ, we’ve whipped up some super quick, super easy & super high protein feta eggs (in our Tri-Ply frying pan, of course!)
Ingredients
- Feta cheese
- 3 eggs
- Parsley
- Chilli flakes
- Sourdough
- Pea shoots
- Toasted mixed seeds
- Balsamic glaze
Crumble the feta cheese into a hot pan. Once it’s starting to melt, crack your eggs on top and allow them to cook through to your liking. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and chilli flakes whilst their cooking to allow the flavours to marinate. The feta cheese base will go lovely and crispy!
Serve on a slice of buttered sourdough, with a side of pea shoots, drizzle of balsamic glaze and for an extra protein hit, a sprinkling of toasted seeds.
