Cast Iron Cookware

Cast iron holds heat like nothing else, which makes it ideal for slow stews, hob-to-oven braises and bread baked under a lid. Our solid cast iron has a vitreous enamel interior free from PFAS, PFOA and PTFE, so it needs no seasoning. It works on every hob, including induction, and is oven-safe to 260°C.

Round casseroles come in 20cm for one or two people, 26cm for everyday cooking and a shallow 28cm for braising joints. Each has a self-basting lid that stops long braises drying out. There are also 26cm round frying pans and 26cm ridged square skillet pans. Choose from our range of seven colours.
