The wok features Tri-Ply construction with a premium aluminium core enclosed by 304 stainless steel layers. This bonded design delivers even, responsive heat across the entire surface - no hot spots, no burning edges. Enhanced with the PFAS free, non-stick XERADUR® 5 ceramic coating, it boasts a dual-layer sol-gel system: a robust base for abrasion resistance and a high-performance top layer for outstanding non-stick cooking and effortless food release. 

Non-stick, toxic free and built to last 
From crispy vegetables to sticky sauces, nothing sticks. The XERADUR® 5 coating delivers superior non-stick power so you can cook with less oil and enjoy quick clean-up.
